Yasumi is the leave and absence management system we tailor to your company: no more requests by email or spreadsheets to reconcile, but a single place where employees request leave and managers approve it in one click. Every employee sees their own balance — accrued, taken, remaining — updated automatically year after year.
The shared calendar shows who is in and who is away, with national holidays preloaded; notifications arrive by email and push, and periodic reports for administration go out on their own. It runs in the browser, phones included, and access is passwordless: a one-time code by email or the company single sign-on.
