The services are addressed exclusively to businesses, professionals and other legal entities acting in the course of their professional activity.
3. Booking and Payment Process
3.1 Consulting Request: Completing the contact form constitutes a non-binding booking request for our consulting services.
3.2 Assessment: A126 reserves the right to assess each request and to accept or refuse the booking at its own discretion.
3.3 Confirmation and Payment: If the request is accepted, we will send a secure payment link through our partners (Stripe, PayPal). The contract is concluded only upon actual payment of the fee.
3.4 Payment Methods: We accept payments by bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
4. Intellectual Property
All contents of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, software) are the property of Safin Italia Srl or of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the contents without written authorisation is prohibited.

8.1 Free Consultation: May be cancelled by either party without notice.
8.2 Paid Consultation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked session entitle the client to a full refund. Cancellations made with shorter notice do not entitle the client to any refund.
8.3 Development Services: Governed by a specific contract with its own withdrawal and refund clauses.
9. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
